How long does it take to get my decals?
Decals can take anywhere from same day shipping to 7 days to ship after order. All decals are cut and shipped to order so depending on order volume, it could take up to a week. Most decals are shipped within 2-3 days of order. Tracking will be provided.
What kind of vinyl do you use?
I use Oracal 651 Calendered vinyl. It has a proven track record of durability and color hold. It is used for outdoor signs and the manufacturer states a 6 year durability rating in the elements 24/7.
My decal arrived damaged in transit, what do I do?
Decals are packaged as best as possible but sometimes damage can occur with the postal service equipment or their handling of the package. It is rare but it does happen.
If your package arrives damaged, please take 2 photos of the graphic and damage of the package for a free replacement to be sent. No photos = No free replacement, no exceptions.
If the decal is removed from the backing paper, no replacement will be offered. Once the decal is removed from the wax backing paper, the decal is considered "application ready" and able to be placed. Please send photos to [email protected]

Can you do custom work for my decal?
Yes, I can make minor changes to an existing design at no cost but extensive design work will result in additional charges. Minor changes consist of small additions or subtractions within the scope of the decal. Enlargement will result in additional vinyl costs. Please inquire for an exact quote.
Quotes are based on availability and difficulty. Some requests cant be completed due to image quality, image detail, my availability, etc. Just ask, we'll see if we can make it work.
Why does my decal look larger/smaller than whats in the photo?
There are different size bags for different year bikes. Some are stretched, or shaped differently, along with aftermarket bags. Also, decals can be purchased in custom sizes. I encourage you to measure the area before ordering to assure the decal fits your saddlebags or area of placement.
What is your return policy?
We always strive to make your experience a plesant one. We try to add as many photos as we have and are available to chat thru email to answer any questions regarding the decals before ordering. I will answer any questions you have to make sure you feel comfortable ordering from me BUT unfortunately, once an order is placed, there are NO returns or exchanges as these are cut to order. If there is damage to the decal when it arrives, please see the above instructions to recieve a free replacement.
